Terms of Service
Last updated: August 16, 2026
These terms apply to this website, the demonstration phone line published on it, and the AI phone agent service CallCoverAI provides to business customers. By using any of them, you agree to what follows.
1. What the service is
We provide AI phone agents that answer inbound calls for a business. Depending on how the business configures it, the agent can hold a conversation, take a message, collect the caller's contact details, and transfer a live call to a person. It answers in English and Spanish.
It is software, not a person, and not a licensed professional. The agent does not give legal, medical, or financial advice, does not value claims or jobs, and does not enter into agreements on anyone's behalf. It identifies itself as an AI when asked.
2. The demo line
(669) 303-8652 is provided for evaluation. It is configured as a fictional business — any firm name, staff, or service you hear on that line is an example, not a real company. Do not use it for a real request for help, and do not share sensitive personal information with it. Standard carrier charges may apply to your call, and we limit how often a single number can call it.
3. Customer responsibilities
If we answer calls for your business, you are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the business information you give us to configure the agent.
- Complying with the laws that apply to your calls — including call recording consent rules in your state, AI disclosure requirements such as California's, and any professional or industry regulation your business is subject to.
- Reviewing the messages and leads the agent delivers to you. We deliver what the caller said; acting on it is yours.
- Paying your subscription on time.
We do not currently offer HIPAA-covered service and will not sign a Business Associate Agreement. Do not route calls to us that require one.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and run month to month. There is no long-term contract and no setup fee. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month; we do not refund partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Make outbound calls, robocalls, or telemarketing of any kind — the service answers inbound calls only.
- Impersonate another business or person.
- Deceive callers about whether they are speaking to a human, where the law requires disclosure.
- Break any applicable law, or interfere with the service or attempt to overload it.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service depends on third-party telephone and AI providers whose outages are outside our control. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee or service credits.
7. Accuracy
AI agents can misunderstand a caller, mishear a name or a number, or summarize a call imperfectly. The service is a way to cover calls you would otherwise miss — it is not a guarantee that every detail is captured correctly. Verify anything critical with the caller directly.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and CallCoverAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end service for non-payment, for a breach of these terms, or if your use puts our telephone providers' compliance at risk. On termination we stop answering your calls and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be emailed to active customers before they take effect.
11. Contact
